Not a soul had I seen for miles.

It was electric when you caught my eye,

And it was you that returned my smile,

As we walked The Great Divide.

Seattle Summer and the sky was blue,

and there were miles of rolling green.

And every step that I took with you

was a memory from a dream,

As we walked The Great Divide.

And we walk The Great Divide.

And so we walk down The Great Divide.

You changed your ways, and I changed mine.

Cause in the middle, there's a place for us

to find a way to place our trust in Love.

We're holding hands over The Great Divide.

There have been many who've come this far.

There have been many who've parted ways.

But the times that I've walked the line

Have been the happiest of my days.
